Amazing Cake mix
I was completely surprised when one of my customers brought this cake mix to me to use for their wedding cake I made it and it was wonderful. They paid $5.25 per mix so once I realized how easy it is to use and how wonderful it is I began my search and was so excited to find it at such a good price. I tried mixing in different ways according to package directions and also separating the eggs and beating the whites and folding them in as the final step in preparation. It was an effort to see how much height I could get. Beating the whites separately did give a little more height but all in all I determined it was not worth the extra trouble. It is wonderful as it. I used one mix in a 10 inch square pan baked three layers and stacked them. It made a very tall nice rich brownie-like cake. I don't need gluten-free but am so crazy about this mix I have a case now for my personal use. I highly recommend it.

Deserves 6 stars!This makes the best pancakes ever and can even be used as a substitute for evil gluten-filled flour in recipes. We've made bread cookies pancakes cakes brownies and even pizza crust. We have to keep buying this frequently since we go through it so quickly. It has even passed the taste tests of those without gluten problems. Fantastic!! A celiac's dream come true.

Crispy Ginger CookiesThese are the best gluten free ginger cookies I have tried. They have a snappy ginger flavor and are very crispy. They easily can be crushed in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin to make a delicious pie crust or topping for apple crisp. This one is a winner!

AwesomeThe only thing that I was hesitant about when buying this hat was that the emblem seemed a little small on the picture. However after getting it in the mail it was perfect. It fits great and I love the size of the emblem. I am so tired of all the Red Sox crap memorabilia everywhere I turn. The Yankees still rule (just look at their championships). Thanks Amazon. (again)
